* Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of the Site.
* Use any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Site or collect user information without our express permission.
4. Platform Role and User Responsibility
4.1. Neutral Venue. We act solely as a passive conduit and neutral platform for users to connect. We do not broker, arrange, participate in, monitor, or supervise any personal, romantic, or financial support (“Private Relationship”) between users.
4.2. No Verification. While we may employ certain measures, we do not conduct comprehensive background checks on all users. You are solely responsible for verifying the identity and background of individuals you interact with.
4.3. Assumption of Risk. Any communication, relationship, or Private Relationship you form through the Site is entirely at your own discretion and risk. You acknowledge that we are not a party to, and bear no responsibility or liability for, any such interactions or agreements. You are solely responsible for the negotiation, terms, and execution of any Private Relationship.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
6.1. Service “As Is”. The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6.2. No Liability for Conduct. We do not endorse any User Content or user. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Site. You release us from any claims or damages arising from disputes between users.
6.3. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SugarbabyIndia.in, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Site, any User Content, or any Private Relationship. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the preceding six (6) months.
7. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
